Our Team’s ability to orchestrate a large project from start to finish is paramount to an investor when deciding to invest in a particular project or investment opportunity with EQlibrium. The EQlibrium Team has 15+ years of relevant experience in multiple projects in various states.

Recently, EQlibrium introduced our investors to a project on the Columbia River in the Northwest part of the State of Washington. Ultimately the developer raised $5M of private capital from a single investor. The property purchased for less than $15M, 24 months later is currently valued at approximately $95M.

EQlibrium also successfully raised approximately $4M in private investor capital for a Marina project on Lake Coeur D’Alene, ID and have since successfully closed on the land. It will be a mixed use development consisting of 178 luxury residential condominiums and commercial space. There are no zoning changes required and we have submitted a package to the Kootenai County Planning Commission, while working with the Planners toward obtaining approvals to build. Upon project completion, investors will have earned over $8M in profit. We have the team and the skills to manage a project from start to finish. Over the next several years, we will continue to build relationships with our investors. This is the main reason why the projected returns to our investors are so exceptional.
